A.K.A Fearless Leader or Boss Gal. At the helm of AHA, she wears many hats and is our team cheerleader. She fell in love with Annapolis, the Chesapeake Bay, and the Naval Academy 30 years ago and cannot imagine living, working, and playing anywhere else.

We call her the MacGyver of AHA. There is not a problem that she cannot solve! Her warm and inviting home is a revolving door for hungry Midshipmen. You won’t find anyone more tenacious, passionate and committed to her clients, the Naval Academy and her beautiful family.

As an AHA staffer, worldwide traveler and a vacation rental homeowner, Kim sees things from the aspect of our Company, our Guests and our Homeowners. As a perfectionist, you can be sure that no detail will be overlooked.



Reservation Manager

Diana is big on lists. Or rather, crossing things off them. She like processes, organization, efficiency. Not only is she matriarch of her adorable family, she can book your reservation, coach you into a healthy lifestyle, run a school fundraiser and make it all look so easy.



Operations Manager

Mom of 4, Kelly runs a tight ship! A skill she mastered during her time as a U.S. Navy Officer. Kelly likes to make the most of her time – an attitude and focus that she brings to AHA.



Home Prep Specialist

V is the personification of determination. Busy Mom and Founder of her cleaning services company, she has overseen the cleaning, organization and preparedness of AHA’s most elegant rental homes for 8 years. If the bed in your rental home looks like Ralph Lauren himself put it together, it was probably V and her team.



Executive Property Manager

Danette knows no two days with AHA are ever the same. She can maneuver through any chaos, conquer any challenge and empathize with any personality. She has managed the cleaning, organization and preparedness of some of AHA’s most quirky and unique rental homes. As a Mom of 6, yes six, she is no stranger to managing chaos.
