A large Rec Room with Wet Bar and seating opens to the waterside patio, where you can find the hot tub, grill
and venture out to the yard.

Parking
There is parking for 3 in the driveway and 3 on parking pad.
Do note that there is no parking on street in this neighborhood.

Projector TV in the Living Room for late night movies, TV in Kitchen to enjoy your coffee and news and a
TV in the Master, FREE Wifi and best of all the great outdoors!

The green lawn ends with a cozy Fire Pit area for evening s'mores.
Gas Grill is under the patio pool side.
The neighborhood lends itself to long walks, runs and bike rides. Explore over two miles of community Bay beaches and watch the wild life as it passes you by.

Private Dock
4 Slips, Two Are 40' and 18' Wide, 7' Deep Water on Lake Ogleton which opens up to the Chesapeake Bay.
The pier has water and electric. Confirm with representative regarding amps.
Bring your boat and water toys or ask us to direct you to our favorite rental places.
A day on the Lake is the best day of all.

Pets are on a case by case request.

Security Deposit
A $500 Security Deposit is required along with the Mandatory Damage Waiver Insurance.
A $2500 Security Deposit is required, along with the Mandatory Damage Waiver Insurance, for all Commissioning Week reservations.
